Jalapeno Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 (12 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
    1 (12 ounce) jar jalapenos, chopped, with juice
    16 ounces cream cheese
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock pot.
    Heat on low until until warm and blended.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
