Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb cooked peeled, deveined and chopped shrimp
8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until thoroughly mixed. Place in serving dish and sprinkle lightly with paprika, if desired, for color. Chill till serving time.
Serve with crackers or crudites (sliced red and green peppers, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber spears, blanched fresh snow peas, blanched cauliflowerets or broccoli flowerets).
