Black Walnut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1 cup black walnut, chopped

Preparation

Mix sugar milk and cream in a sauce pan. stir constantly while cooking over medium heat, until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in to cold water.
Cool.
Add walnuts. Beat and spread on cooled cake.
