Marinated Blue Cheese Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup salad oil (not olive oil)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
salt and pepper
2 large onions, sliced and seperated into rings (extra-large)
Preparation

Mix/whisk the oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper together.
Mix in the blue cheese to combine.
Add in the onions; mix/coat well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 6 or more hours.
