Westphalian Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb tortellini
    4 ounces sweet butter
    1/4 lb Westphalian ham, cut into thin strips
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup fresh chives, thinly sliced
    1 package frozen peas, thawed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare tortellini according to directions on package.
    In a sauce pan, melt butter.
    Add ham and saute for one minute.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, and bring to a boil.
    Add cooked tortellini and mix well.
    Serve immediately.
