Mild Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 teaspoons whole mixed pickling spices
    12 medium tomatoes, ripe, peeled and chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 small head of celery, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    2 cups white vinegar
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    2 1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 small red pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Tie spices in a cheese cloth or place in a tea ball.
    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook slowly for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
    Ladle into sterilze jars and seal immediately.
