Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 tablespoons ground cumin
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
TO USE: Season both sides of your meat with 1-1/2 tsp of rub. Grill or bake in 425F oven. Oven cooking will take about 35 minutes.
