Gluten-Free Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (150 g) cans , boneless skinless salmon (I hate the bones!)
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon cilantro or 1 tablespoon herbs, of choice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Oil up George Forman and grill those patties until done. About 15 minutes on about 300\u00b0F I left the lid up until the last 5 minutes to keep them from drying out so much, then I oiled the tops of the patties and closed the lid.
