Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Place the potatoes in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with the salt and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
