Chicken Sandwich With Lemon Basil Mayo - cooking recipe

1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 ounces chicken cutlets
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon oil
4 lettuce leaves
4 hard rolls
1 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

In a food processor, combine the basil, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Puree.
Dredge the chicken in the flour. Saute in the oil until cooked through.
Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
