Carrot Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded carrot, drained
1 teaspoon lawry's seasoning
1/3 cup salted sunflower seeds, chopped
Preparation

Mix everything except sunflower seeds together and chill 30 minutes.
Shape into small balls using a tablespoon.
Press one side of each ball into the sunflower seeds.
Serve with crackers.
