Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces semisweet chocolate
    4 ounces unsweetened solid baking cocoa
    1 cup butter
    1 dash salt
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    14 ounces light Karo syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in double boiler.
    Cook 30 minutes over boiling water.
    Stir constantly until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat and add vanilla.
    Do not over heat.
