Dumplings - Gluten Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ounces rice flour
    2 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
    2 large eggs
    water
Preparation
    Sift the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
    Add the eggs and enough water to form a soft dough. Mix well.
    Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling soup, stew or stock. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook a further 5 minutes. Serve hot.
