Fresh German Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage, shredded
1 lb bacon, cut in thin strips fried crispy
1/2 onion, small chopped fine
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation

Shred the cabbage.
Cut bacon into thin strips and fry until crispy.
Chop onion until small.
Mix all ingredients together and eat fresh (cold is best) enjoy!
