Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Add cocoa and remove pan from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Spread over brownies.
