Broccoli Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small red cabbage
    1/2 small green cabbage
    2 carrots
    1/2 cucumber
    1 1/2 cups broccoli
    1 cup mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons Italian dressing
Preparation
    With cutting board and sharp knife, Chop up the red and green cabbage. Slice up the carrots, cucumber, broccoli into thin strips. Place in a bowl.
    In a small bowl, whisk up the mayo, vinegar, sugar and italian dressing to taste. Add mixture to the veggies, blend well.
    Chill for 3 hours.
