Brunch Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint cottage cheese
    1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    10 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    4 ounces canned diced green chiles
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Combine melted butter and beaten eggs together.
    Add cheese and green chiles and mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder, and salt and combine thoroughly.
    Spread mixture evenly in a 9x11\" greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
