2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
1 tablespoon tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil, optional for making paste
Preparation

Mix all items and add canola oil.
Toss with frozen wings until well coated.
place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes turning occasionally.
