Lemon-Curry Cod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cod
    1 tablespoon coconut (optional)
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Set oven to broil.
    Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets on pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly over fish. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat for 5-8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
