Beer-Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lbs ham, precooked
    clove, to taste
    bay leaf, to taste
    1/2 cup dry mustard
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1 quart beer
Preparation
    Score ham; stud top with cloves and bay leaves.
    Make smooth paste of mustard, sugar and water; add additional water if necessary to produce prepared mustard consistency.
    Spread over entire surface of ham in baking pan; pour in beer.
    Bake, covered, in 400 degree oven for 2 hours.
