Chili Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Rub evenly over desired meat.
