Carnival Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peanut oil, for deep frying
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    10 beef hot dogs
    10 heavy kabob skewers
Preparation
    Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375-400 degrees.
    combine dry ingredients.
    combine milk and eggs-mix well.
    add dry ingredients-mix well.
    place frankfurters on skewers,dip in batter mixture,allow excess to drip off.
    fry in hot oil for 3 minutes, until browned.
    drain on paper towels.
    keep warm in low oven.
