Molasses And Raisins Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
1 cup molasses
1 cup water
1 cup dried currant, soaked in boiling water for 1 hour and then drained
1 tablespoon butter
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Preparation

In a saucepan, dilute flour, molasses and water with a whisk. Heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens well.
Remove from the heat, add raisins and butter. Stir well.
Pour in a baked pie crust and sprinkle with nuts.
