Curry Bar-B-Que Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons dry mustard (like Colman's)
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon vinegar (white or cider)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar (or 2 Tablespoons maple syrup)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in order listed, stirring after each ingredient.
Brush on meat before cooking, reapply about 15 minutes before meat is done.
I recommend making extra sauce or reserving some aside to go with the meal.
