Lemon Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lemon, juice and zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, cut in half
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Add wet to dry, mix until just combined.
Fold in cranberries.
Grease 12 muffin tins.
Spoon in batter and bake for 16-18 minutes.
