Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1/2 cup finely diced red onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1 fresh jalapeno, stemmed and finely diced (about 2 tsp.)
    1 teaspoon creole seasoning
    kosher salt, to taste
    1 lime, juice of
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate.
