Quick And Easy Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon artificial sweetener
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 large eggs, separated
Preparation
    Preheat waffle iron.
    In a large mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, vanilla and egg yolks until mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
    Using a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until peaks form.
    Fold the egg whites into batter.
    Spray the preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and pour about a 1/3 cup of mix onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until no more steam is released and waffles are golden.
    Serve hot with fruit and fresh whipped cream.
