Chicken & Rice Pilaf Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 cups leftover cooked chicken
    3 (6 1/8 ounce) boxes rice pilaf mix
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup flour
    2 cups half & half light cream
    2 cups chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook chicken breast in water until done.
    Set aside 2 cups of chicken broth for later.
    Cook rice pilaf according to directions on box.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Mix chicken& rice pilaf in a 13x9 pan.
    Melt the margarine in medium size pan.
    Blend in the flour.
    Add the chicken broth& mix well.
    Add the half& half.
    Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
