Tomato Lime Dressing - Light - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium shallot
    1 garlic clove
    1 cup chopped tomato
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    lime zest
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    1/4 cup fresh basil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except basil into a blender or food processor until smooth.
    Chiffonade the basil and stir in, to avoid brusing. Store chilled in an airtight container.
