Creamy Blue Cheese French-Style Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup ketchup
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1 -2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional or to taste)
    salt and black pepper (to taste)
    1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (or to taste)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except the blue cheese, salt and pepper in the food processor; process until well blended and smooth.
    Mix in the blue cheese, then season with black pepper and salt to taste.
    Place in a glass jar and cover tightly.
    Chill for a minimum of 6 hours before using.
