Sweet And Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    3 cups cold cooked rice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium low heat, add garlic, ginger and red pepper.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
    Increase heat to medium high and add rice and soy sauce.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
    Add pineapple, stir and heat through.
    Garnish with sliced green onions over the top and serve.
