Bang Bang Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
    1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
    1 lime, juice of
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (quartered if large)
    kosher salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    roast, until slightly charred and tender 30 to 35 minutes. Serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic.
    On a large baking sheet, toss Brussels sprouts in sauce until fully coated. Season generously with salt and pepper.
    Roast until slightly charred and tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve.
