Easy Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb breakfast sausage, I like Jimmy Dean
    1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup celery, chopped
    3 cups water
    1 1/2 cups long grain rice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage, green pepper, onion and celery. Drain well.
    Add water, rice, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
    Remove from heat and allow to rest 10 minutes.
    Enjoy.
