Golden Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 whole egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup tap water
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons orange extract

Preparation

Add water and salt to yolks and beat until thick and foamy.
Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder.
Whisk flour mixture into yolks until just blended.
Add extract.
bake 1 hour at 350.
