Ham & Vegetable Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Filling
    1 cup cooked ham
    1 cup chopped tomato
    2 green onions with tops
    1 pinch oregano
    Omelet
    6 eggs
    3 tablespoons water
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    For each omelet whisk together 2 eggs and 1 T. water, then season.
    Over medium heat melt 1 tsp butter.
    Pour in beaten eggs.
    When cooking lift edges for uncooked egg to run underneath.
    When fairly set place ham & vegetable mixture over omelet and fold in half and let stand for 1 minute.
