Protein Muffin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups wheat flour
2 scoops protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation

mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want.
put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a \"cake\". Bake at 350 for 15-20.
