Southwestern Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups uncooked instant rice
    2 cups chicken broth (1 can)
    1 cup chopped cooked chicken
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 purple, 1/2 white)
    1 (10 ounce) can rotel mild tomatoes and green chilies
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine 1st 8 ing in a large bowl- pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
    Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
