Jolean'S Company Baked Egg Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup milk (I like to use half milk and half heavy cream instead)
1 green onion, minced
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon (fried and crumbled)
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp, then remove strips and drain. Crumble bacon.
Whisk all other ingredients together except cheese, and pour into an 8x8-inch greased glass pan.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over top.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0F oven for 20 minutes, watching so that it does not get too brown.
Garnish with chopped, fresh parsley.
I serve it with Pillsbury crescent rolls, butter and honey.
