Gingerroot Tea To Cure A Cold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
    2 cups cold water
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more)
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
    1 -2 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Put grated ginger and water in a pot and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add cayenne pepper and simmer for 1 more minute.
    Remove from heat and add 2 Tbsps of fresh lemon juice, honey to taste and garlic.
    Let cool slightly and strain before drinking.
