Lime Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tablespoon lime zest
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    lime slice (optional)
    of fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, sugar, lime juice, peel and vanilla.
    Beat on high speed until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
    Spoon into dessert dishes.
    Garnish with lime and mint, if desired.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
