Hasty Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self raising flour
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup sultana (golden raisins)
    1/2 cup milk (use low fat if you wish)
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    2 tablespoons golden syrup
    2 cups boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a medium casserole dish. Add the milk and stir until blended.
    Stir the butter, syrup and water together and pour over.
    Bake at 180C (350F) for 30-40 minutes.
    Serve with cream or icecream.
