Adobo Bisaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 kg pork (with fat, any portion) or 1/2 kg chicken piece (with fat, any portion)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup native vinegar (if not available any vinegar, will do)
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 cup brown sugar
peppercorn
garlic clove
laurel leaf
Preparation

combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer until tender or the liquid will reduce to half.
then add cooking oil.
