Finjan Erfeh - Saudi Spicy Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    2 teaspoons anise seeds
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 teaspoons black tea
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except tea, and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for three minutes. Strain.
    Pour liquid into a tea pot and add the tea. Sit for 5 mins before serving.
