Steak Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
coarse salt
ground pepper
Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (1oz)
1 scallion, minced
Garlic Herb
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
Horseradish Mustard
2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish (squeeze of excess liquid)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the ingredient combination of your choice (see below) with butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
