14Th Century Roast Cheese! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sized swiss cheese or 4 small swiss cheese
Preparation
    take the whole cheese divide it into 4 parts & put it in front of the fire & roast before the fire,always turning the spit,or you can do the same thing without dividing the cheeses for the 4 small cheeses.
    when roasted serve with toast.
