Spicy Vegetarian Cheeseburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep-dish pie crusts, thawed
    1 (12 ounce) package morningstar grillers soy crumbles
    1 (8 ounce) package grated habanero cheese
    1 (8 ounce) package grated monterey jack pepper cheese
    12 eggs
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 cup onion, grated
    2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Preparation
    Divide the pepper jack cheese between the two pie crusts. Top with half the soy crumbles, and finish with the habanero cheese. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and onions until well blended, and pour half the mixture over each quiche. Bake at 350 until puffed and golden, about 30 minutes.
