Roasted Red Pepper Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup roasted red pepper
    1/2 cup diced tomato
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon agave syrup
    1 teaspoon minced rinsed capers
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and let stand at room temperature for up to 4 hours.
