Caribbean Spice Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon clove

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
