French Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons cognac
1/2 cup table cream or 1/2 cup half-and-half
3/4 teaspoon tarragon
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and boil, stirring frequently until slightly thickened.
