Jay'S Sweet And Smoky Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pecan halves
    1 lb dry roasted salted peanut
    1 (12 ounce) box Crispix cereal
    1 (12 ounce) box cheese nips
    6 cups miniature pretzel twists
    1 (6 ounce) package bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
    1 cup butter, melted
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
    2 tablespoons smoked paprika
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    In 2 large roasting pans, combine pecans, peanuts, cereal, cheese crackers, pretzels, and bagel chips.
    In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, rosemary, paprika, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and salt.
    Pour evenly over pecan mixture, tossing gently to coat.
    Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven, and let cool completely.
    Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
